Backyard Baseball
Backyard Baseball is a cherished series of baseball games designed for children, originally by Humongous Entertainment and later published by Atari. Launched in October 1997 for Macintosh and Windows, it grew to include platforms like Game Boy Advance, PlayStation 2, GameCube, Wii, and iOS. With eleven versions, the game featured 30 neighborhood kids to form teams and introduced "Pro players as kids" like Randy Johnson and Derek Jeter. This unique feature enhanced its popularity, allowing players to manage teams with child versions of MLB stars.
